FLUID STUDIOS ETHOS

Fluid Studios is a team of architects and designers founded by Andrew Davis and based in the coastal redwoods of West Marin County, just north of San Francisco. Serving the entire Bay Area, our recent projects include homes, restaurants, schools, retail spaces, apartments, offices, and a bodega.

We specialize in concept-driven designs to ensure that our projects are guided by a cohesive vision from start to finish. By collaborating closely with clients, builders, and end-users, initial concepts result in buildings and sites that are constructed to be lasting, functional, and a reflection of the collective vision and knowledge of everyone involved.

Our work responds to the specifics of each site, creating a meaningful connection between indoor and outdoor environments. We believe the design of a building is secondary in importance to the people who inhabit it and the activities it supports, so our work prioritizes the function, flow, and experience of each unique site and space.
